RETURNS POLICY - Lupe & Sabra

Greetings and Welcome to Lupe & Sabra's Returns Policy. Our dedication lies in guaranteeing your contentment with our exquisite Italian products. We kindly ask you to peruse this policy with care to gain a thorough understanding of our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Return Window: We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase's delivery, we regret that we won't be able to accept your return request. Please review this policy thoroughly before initiating a return.

Return Fees: For returns, a flat fee will apply based on your location:

  • United States & International Regions: USD 35.
  • Canada: CAD 40$
  • Singapore: SGD 50
  • Australia: AUD 50
  • Hong Kong: HKD 275
  • Europe 30 euros

Please note that import duties/taxes are non-refundable, as they are collected by Customs in your country.

Return Process:

  • All returns must be shipped back to our partners in Italy. Returns to our Montreal's office will not be accepted, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and labels still attached. Removal of any tag(s) or label(s) will void the return.
  • If an item has Lupe & Sabra security tags, stickers, or brand tags attached, it must be returned with them in their original position.
  • Items must be returned in an unworn, unwashed, unused, and undamaged condition.
  • All returns must include the dust bag, brand box, shoe box, and all original packaging, as these are considered parts of the product.
  • Items from different boutiques should be returned individually, using separate shipping boxes and return labels.
  • Exceptional Return Consideration for Fur Coats and Down Jackets: We want to inform you that, under standard conditions, fur coats and down jackets are not eligible for returns. However, in exceptional circumstances, we may consider accepting returns with the possibility of higher-than-normal return charges.

Color Consistency Disclaimer: Please be aware that the colors you see on your computer monitor, mobile device, or tablet may exhibit slight variations due to differences in display settings. Although we make every effort to provide accurate representations, we cannot ensure an absolute match to the displayed colors.

Return Monitoring: We monitor returns made by each customer. Excessive returns may lead to the closure of your Lupe & Sabra account at our discretion.

REQUESTING A RETURN:

  • To initiate a return, please send us an email at : info@lupeandsabra.com
  • Ensure you review our return policy before proceeding.
  • Specify your order number and the email address associated with your order. 
  • We will review your return request and contact you within 24 business hours with further instructions if it's approved.

EXCHANGES: Exchanges are treated as returns. You must return the original item before placing a new order for the item you wish to exchange. Our products are sourced from boutique partners in Italy.

REFUNDS:

  • Once your returned item is received by our boutique partner, it may take up to 3-5 business days to verify compliance with our return policy.
  • Refunds may take up to 14 days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
  • The refund will be for the order price, excluding the total return shipping cost and import duties/taxes (which are non-refundable through Lupe & Sabra).
